1. Who Can JoinThis platform is open to: manufacturers and brands, technical professionals and experts, employers and companies, representatives and distributors. All members must provide accurate information.

2. Registration RequirementsUsers must register with valid contact information. Manufacturers must provide company credentials. Technical professionals must submit accurate resumes. Employers must verify their business status.

3. Platform RoleWe are a connection facilitator only. We do not guarantee job placements, business deals, or sales. All agreements are made directly between users.

4. Content ResponsibilityManufacturers are responsible for product and catalog accuracy. Professionals are responsible for resume truthfulness. Employers are responsible for job post accuracy. False information may lead to account suspension.

5. Communication RulesUsers must communicate professionally. Harassment, spam, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

6. ConfidentialityUsers should protect their own sensitive information. We are not responsible for information shared between parties during direct communication.

7. Account TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Dispute Resolution Between UsersAny disputes arising between users must be resolved directly between the parties. We do not mediate, arbitrate, or take responsibility for user-to-user conflicts.
